We answer three kinds of message: corrections, listing applications, and readers asking which operators to approach. We do not take bookings.

What we can and cannot help with

A message that fits one of the first three lines below gets a useful answer, usually within a couple of working days. A message in the last group gets an honest redirection, which is worth less to you but takes us the same time, so it is worth checking first.

You want toCan we helpWhat to send
Ask which operators to approach for a specific tripYesWhat you want to do, where, roughly when, group size
Correct something we publishedYesThe page, the line, and something checkable behind the correction
Apply for a listing as an operatorYesTrading name, licence number, what you operate rather than resell
Book a tourNoGo to the operator directly, we take no bookings
Get a refund or resolve a dispute with an operatorNoWe have no leverage over any operator, including partners
Buy a position in a rankingNoPositions are not for sale at any price
One thing worth knowing before you write

If you tell us who you have already contacted and what you were quoted, the answer gets considerably more useful. We can tell you whether the quote is missing the entrance fees and what the gap between two prices is actually made of.

If your message is about a specific ranking or profile page, name the page in the subject line. It is the difference between an answer this week and an answer eventually.

Ready to describe the trip?

The form takes a minute and gets you a shortlist rather than a sales pitch.

Describe your trip

If you are an operator

Two kinds of message from operators are always welcome. The first is a correction. If we have your licence number wrong, listed a product you no longer run, or described your model inaccurately, send the correct version with your own published page or licence behind it and we will fix it.

The second is a listing application. What we need is on get listed: the trading name and legal entity, the international tour operator licence number where you hold one, an honest split of what you operate yourself and what you buy in, the cities you cover, and your group size caps.

One kind of message we will not act on: a request to remove a stated limitation because it is unflattering. If the limitation is factually wrong we will correct it. If it is right and you disagree with the emphasis, we will publish your response alongside it. Deleting it is not on the table, because a list where operators can edit out their weaknesses is worth nothing to the reader and eventually nothing to you.

Common questions

Questions travellers ask most

Do you charge for a listing?

No. A listing cannot be bought, and neither can a position. The publisher earns from its separate work with the ten partner companies, which is disclosed wherever those companies appear.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within two working days, Vietnamese office hours. Corrections supported by checkable material are prioritised over everything else.

Will you pass my details to an operator?

Not without asking you first. If you want introductions we will say which operators we suggest and let you contact them, or we will ask before sharing anything.

Can you help after a trip has gone wrong?

Only in a limited way. We can tell you what to ask for, in what order, and what a reasonable resolution looks like. We hold no money, have no contractual role in your booking and cannot compel an operator to do anything.

Tell us what you want to do in Vietnam

Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.
